Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Course fees are stated inese Yen and must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified during enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
Course cancellations by PixelForge Academy: Full refund or credit toward future courses

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@cavirogarden.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Educational Services Disclaimer

Our courses are designed to provide quality education in graphic design. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, career placements, or income levels.
